Thin film deposition in ultra high vacuum (UHV) environment is our core business. DCA designs and manufactures advanced thin film deposition systems based on bespoke methods of Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE), Magnetron Sputtering (MS) and Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD). Since the company was founded in 1989, DCA has installed more than 300 UHV systems around the world. DCA is a Finnish company located in Turku, in the southwest corner of Finland. We serve our customers with high quality Finnish design and workmanship. Major part of our business has always been delivering customized, advanced and complex deposition systems for demanding purposes, in the field of research, as well as for production. Many of our standard systems delivered today, have started as highly customized one-off solutions in the past, to meet our customer’s particular deposition process needs. DCA is the world leader in oxide MBE. We have systematically developed our oxide technology, oxygen resistant substrate heating and oxygen resistant sources since 1993. Since then many leading laboratories have chosen DCA oxide technology. As an example our compound semiconductor MBE systems are in use around the world, both in R&D and in epi-wafer production. In addition to delivering full deposition systems, DCA is actively developing new sources and other MBE components. For more details, contact us directly or see our webpage at
