Strategically located in the only U.S. commercial deep-water port in the Western Pacific, we provide mission-critical support to U.S. Navy and Military Sealift Command (MSC) vessels, commercial shipping operators, allied navies, and regional industrial contractors. Our team specializes in comprehensive afloat and pier-side repair services that ensure vessels remain operational, safe, and ready for the demanding conditions of the Pacific. Our capabilities span hull and structural fabrication, mechanical and propulsion repairs, electrical and control systems, and surface preservation, supported by a growing workforce trained to ISO 9001:2015 standards. We are deeply committed to developing Guam’s maritime workforce through apprenticeship pathways, veteran hiring, and local technical training partnerships.
