K Marine is Russian export-oriented company founded in 2009 as result of two years cooperation of Russian engineers with one of Swedish inspection companies. The target of the company was the idea to share the skills and experience of our engineers with international customers. In the beginning we provided engineering service only - Non Destructive Tests (NDT), and Ultrasonic Thickness Measurements (UTM) in particular. Up to date engineers of our company successfully provided more than 200 inspections all over the world, including major projects of ship repairs where we represented ship owner being steel repair supervisors. Today K Marine is certified under Germanischer Lloyd register. Besides hull structure inspections we also provide inspections of life saving appliances in accordance to SOLAS regulations. At 2009 accumulated experience of work in shipping industry allowed us to open new direction of company activity – Design. Design department consists of experienced designers shipbuilders, as well as representatives from a number of Mechanical Engineers. All of our employees are university graduates. Many under their belt have not only the experience of the design, but also a considerable practice of working on shipbuilding and ship repair facilities that allows us to carry out projects for the design of metal structures of any complexity and detail, taking into account the practical aspects of its installation and maintenance. The company applies advanced control system of time consuming and participation of employees involved in the projects. This allows you to optimize the management system as a whole, and also to have a clear understanding of the technical capacity of the company.
