FISU stands for Fédération Internationale du Sport Universitaire (International University Sports Federation) and was founded in 1949. FISU is the sole recognised governing body for international University Sport. FISU WORLD UNIVERSITY GAMES A core responsibility of FISU is the supervision the FISU World University Games. The FISU Games are international sports and cultural events and are staged every odd year in a different city. FISU Games draw several thousand student-athletes together, making them the largest university multi-sport competitions in the world. FISU WORLD UNIVERSITY CHAMPIONSHIPS FISU World University Championship are either a single sport or small cluster events taking place every even-numbered year and gathering student-athletes from all around the world to represent their country and compete against other. FISU UNIVERSITY WORLD CUPS The FISU University World Cups are the university sport's newest event properties, created to complement the FISU Games and the FISU World University Championships. The FISU University World Cups embraces a university-versus-university format instead of national delegations and, thus, are game-changers. EDUCATION Alongside our sports competitions, FISU also stages educational events and programmes. As the leading driver of the university sports movement, providing the opportunity for leadership, education and growth are just as important on FISU’s agenda. The FISU Education team encourages the study and enhancement of university sport through educational events, but also with studies and publications, lectures and other activities. International Skating Union
The International Skating Union, founded in 1892, is the exclusive international sport federation recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) administering (Long Track) Speed Skating and Short Track Speed Skating come under the Speed Skating Branch and Single & Pair Skating / Ice Dance and Synchronized Skating constitute the Figure Skating Branch. The ISU is composed of national associations called ISU Members, who administer ISU sports at the national level and recognize that all international matters are under the sole jurisdiction and control of the ISU. The objectives of the ISU are to regulate, govern and promote the sports in the Figure Skating and Speed Skating Branches and their organized development on the basis of friendship and mutual understanding between sportsmen and women. The ISU works to broaden interest in all its disciplines by increasing their popularity, improving their quality and increasing the number of participants throughout the world. The ISU Council is the highest ISU body between Congresses and its main functions are to determine the policies of the ISU and decide upon the general coordination of the ISU structure, allot ISU Championships and other ISU Events, checking that the accounting for and management of assets are subject to adequate controls, the preparation and submission to Congress of annual budgets, decisions regarding the admission or suspension of Members, decisions on appeals from the decisions of the Technical Committees and ISU Officials involving violation of technical sport Rules amongst many others. Particular importance is given to Events which include: ISU Championships, ISU Speed Skating and Short Track Speed Skating World Cup Competitions, ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Competitions, ISU World Team Trophy in Figure Skating, ISU Shanghai Trophy, ISU International Competitions, ISU exhibitions, ISU shows, ISU tours and performances / appearances. Over 50 ISU Events are organized each Season.

Founded on April 14, 1900, in Paris, France, the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) is the worldwide governing body for cycling. The UCI has 206 National Federations, spread across five Continental Confederations. It develops and oversees cycling in all its forms and for all people: as a competitive sport, a healthy recreational activity, a means of transport, and also just for fun. The UCI manages and promotes the ten cycling disciplines of road, track, mountain bike, BMX Racing, BMX Freestyle, cyclo-cross, trials, indoor cycling, cycling esports and gravel. Five of these are featured on the Olympic Games programme (road, track, mountain bike, BMX Racing and BMX Freestyle), two in the Paralympic Games (road and track), and four in the Youth Olympic Games (road, mountain bike, BMX Racing and BMX Freestyle). The UCI has been EDGE Move certified since January 2022. EDGE is the reference standard at international level for the certification of organizations in terms of professional equality between men and women. The UCI is the first international sports federation to be certified EDGE Move.
