The Miralix solution integrates to Exchange and can show unified presence for all your employees, making it easy to see which employees are available and can receive calls. In addition to information from Exchange, the employees’ unified presence is based on the status from their desk phone, mobile phone, and notes from the Miralix solution. Furthermore, the solution makes it possible to measure the company’s customer service and get detailed statistics, which help you make informed decisions, e.g. regarding duty schedules and staffing.
