Orange Polska is the principal supplier of telecommunications services in Poland. Orange Polska provides services, including fixed-line voice telecommunications, voice mail, fixed access to the Internet and Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”). Orange Polska provides telecommunications services on the basis of entry number 1 in the register of telecommunications companies carried out by the President of Office of Electronic Communication. Through its subsidiary, Polska Telefonia Komórkowa-Centertel Sp. z o.o, the Group is one of Poland’s major DCS 1800 and GSM 900 mobile telecommunications providers. PTK-Centertel also provides third generation UMTS services and services based on the CDMA technology. In addition, the Group provides leased lines, radio-communications and other telecommunications value added services, sells telecommunications equipment, electronic phone cards and provides data transmission, multimedia services and various Internet services. As at the end of 2012 Orange Polska had over 20 million customers of different services (mobile, fixed voice, broadband, TV). As at the end of 2012 we achieved revenue of PLN 14.1 billion, EBITDA margin at 34.2% and net free cash flows of PLN 1.5 billion.

Spółka Multimedia Polska jest czołowym ogólnopolskim operatorem kablowym obecnym na rynku od ponad 20 lat, dostawcą telewizji cyfrowej z wideo na żądanie (VoD), internetu szerokopasmowego i mobilnego oraz telefonii stacjonarnej i mobilnej. Jesteśmy pierwszym operatorem w kraju, który wprowadził cyfrową telewizję kablową w wysokiej rozdzielczości (HDTV) z licznymi funkcjonalnościami - domową wypożyczalnią filmów wideo na żądanie, nagrywarką programów (PVR), itp. W styczniu 2010r. uruchomiliśmy pierwszy na polskim rynku interaktywny kanał telewizyjny – aMazing, a rok później jako pierwszy operator kablowy stworzyliśmy serwis internetowy z wideo na żądanie (VoD) i kanałami telewizyjnymi - mmTV.pl. W mmTV.pl można oglądać ponad 30 kanałów telewizyjnych live oraz ok. 700 filmów VoD. Naszym klientom oferujemy również ubezpieczenia, które można kupić przy użyciu pilota. W 2013 r. uruchomiliśmy usługę obrazu wieloekranowego (wideo na tabletach i smartfonach). Od początku 2014 r. w ofercie Multimedia Polska dostępne są usługi telefonii mobilnej (MVNO) oraz DomoWizja, dającą możlwiość monitorowania on-line poprzez kamerę np. mieszkania. Spółka była notowana na warszawskiej Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w latach 2006-2011. Multimedia Polska realizuje strategię aktywnej konsolidacji, budowy sieci kablowych w nowych rejonach kraju, a także akwizycję sieci innych operatorów. Z usług spółki korzystało na koniec grudnia 2013 r. okg. 826 tys. klientów, z czeo ok 420 tys. było użytkownikami conajmniej dwóch usług (spośród telewizji, internetu i telefonu), a ok. 127 tys. to abonenci Triple Play (wszystkich trzech usług łącznie). Na dzień 31 grudnia 2013 r. spółka dostarczała ok 1,54 mln usług. Multimedia Polska działa w ok. 200 polskich miastach. Spółka jest liderem wśród operatorów telewizji kablowej na większości lokalnych rynków, na których świadczy usługi. W Grupie Multimedia Polska zatrudnionych jest ok 1200 pracowników i współpracowników.

The export of the company’s solutions - among others, to Austria, Saudi Arabia, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia and South Africa - is also developing dynamically. The solutions offered are developed on the basis of the world’s leading manufacturers, including Draka, Metpol, Radiall and Spinner. Passus also provides comprehensive services in the scope of consulting, logistics and the maintenance of the products offered. The company has its own engineering team developing complete solutions upon the customer’s individual order. The company has been recognized by independent organizations – it is, among others, the four-time winner of “Business Gazelle” award, the finalist of the best HR strategy competition “Human Resources Investment” and the “White List” program participant.
