في أكتوبر 2021 تم إنشاء "مركز اهتمام" تزامناً مع موسم الرياض 2021 والذي وجد ليكون حلقة الوصل بين زوار فعاليات الموسم من مواطنين و مقيمين و سائحين من انحاء دول العالم وبين إدارة الموسم ومن ثم تم التوسع لتغطية فعاليات تقويم الرياض والأعياد وذلك عبر القنوات المختلفة و على مدار الساعة طوال ايام الأسبوع. حيث يسعى "مركز اهتمام" إلى أن يكون الجزء المكمل للجهود المبذولة خلال الفعاليات المسندة إليه من خلال استقبال استفسارات وشكاوى الزوار والعمل على حل ذلك بشكل جذري. بالإضافة إلى أن يكون اسم "مركز اهتمام" ملازم لأذهان الزوار والوسيلة الصحيحة لإيصال صوتهم ومعرفة احتياجاتهم بأسرع وقت.
