European Risk Policy Institute
The European Risk Policy Institute is an independent, non-political organisation dedicated to strengthening strategic risk policy, anticipatory governance, and systemic resilience across Europe and an increasingly exposed 3°C world. ERPI supports leaders, Boards, Executive Committees, and public institutions in navigating accelerating disruption, structural volatility, and the erosion of traditional decision-making models. Our work is grounded in the 3°C World Strategic Risk Policy® (3CWSRP®) framework — a forward-looking architecture designed to help governments, organisations, and societies anticipate nonlinear risks, maintain continuity lifelines, and respond coherently in a world defined by climate acceleration, geopolitical fractures, cognitive overload, and narrative instability. ERPI develops advanced analytical tools including the Polaris Registry, the PerilScope Strategic Intelligence Series, and cross-sector diagnostics for exposure, interdependence, adaptive capacity, and foresight. These tools are designed to support strategic clarity, improve systemic awareness, and elevate risk policy to the highest level of leadership practice. ERPI operates as the European counterpart within the Global Risk Policy Network, led by the Australian Risk Policy Institute (ARPI). Together, we promote the integration of risk policy into governance, bridging strategic foresight, ethics, continuity, and resilience across public, private, and civil-society domains. Our mission is simple: to ensure that Europe’s leaders, institutions, and communities can think ahead, act with coherence, and maintain continuity in an age where disruption is constant and the cost of ignorance is existential.

BESCO – The Bulgarian Startup Association!
