Ena Institute For Alternative Policies
The Institute for Alternative Policies ENA is activated at a critical time for Greece. At a time when social and political institutions are operating in a context of widespread economic, socio-political and cultural crisis. ENA perceives itself as part of a wider, progressive and left – wing movement of ideas for changing society. Xanthi Citylab
Επενδύουμε στο ανθρώπινο κεφάλαιο και στη γνώση της νέας γενιάς πολιτών διαδραματίζοντας ενεργό ρόλο στην εξέλιξη της τοπικής μας κοινωνίας- A lab of ideas in which the young men and women of Xanthi shape the face of the town, which they dream to see in the near future. It is a local intellectual market for the production of ideas with elements of competition, debates and workshops, where the participants are given thematic agendas, on which they have to structure their projects. More particularly, each set of proposals depicts the vision of each youngster and the proposed action plan of this vision regarding the physiognomy of our city. With the bare belief that the citizens should be at the center of politics, and actively involved in making important decisions, the City Lab of Xanthi seeks to strengthen the participation of young people in the community. We invest in human capital and the knowledge of the new generation of citizens, playing an active role in the development of our local society.
