Menapolis
In 2011, as popular uprisings swept the Arab world, the founders of Menapolis recognized the advent of profound change for the region and its people. At the same time, we saw a critical gap between people's aspirations for political, economic, and social transformation, and the tools and ideas necessary to bring about sustainable change. With this need in mind, Menapolis has brought together a network of the best minds working in the region today: experts in law, media, technology, entrepreneurship, conflict resolution, human rights, democracy, and governance. Together, we are more than a consultancy: we are a transformation laboratory for one of the world's most dynamic and challenging regions. We have our roots in the region, and we understand its unique needs. We believe that profound and lasting change stems from original, empathetic understanding of the countries and communities in which we work. This belief underpins our commitment to delivering innovative research, analysis, projects, and training in each of our core issue areas. As a growing organization, we're looking for highly motivated individuals who bring their expertise, ambitions, and innovative project ideas to complement our mission. We work in a multilingual, highly collaborative environment, with staff distributed over multiple time zones and countries. As such, we seek colleagues who can manage projects independently and deliver exceptional results. In return, we offer unusual autonomy and opportunities for growth.
