Personal services : Clients are met at the airport by our representative and similarly seen off on departure. At the Hotel, a knowledgeable host or hostess will assist with their check-in and safari briefing. The host or hostess will be available for them whenever they are in Nairobi to help with shopping or even packing. Quality : We are devoted to Quality Control and to ensure that all services are kept at the highest possible standards. These include driver-guides, professional safari guides, vehicles and representatives.
