Highly focused, it addresses a demonstrable pre-existing need in the market, by providing appropriate, flexible and robust technology. MAXpower generates or provides third parties with the means to generate electricity where it is needed most to drive economic development with minimal environmental impact. Established as a highly ambitious enterprise with clear growth and wealth creation (for its owners) targets, the company is run by technical specialists with deep commercial expertise and exceptional emerging market experience and activities today in Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar and Singapore. MAXpower's proposition is endorsed by high profile investors (SCB) and a strong technology partner (GE). The management team have been very successful in creating a high growth company with two clear and complimentary business lines (Distributor of GEJ gas engines & IPP business ), each with and strong margins, prospects and recurring revenues. The company’s strength, versatility and scalability, combined with its track record and supplier relationships, create significant barriers to entry for competition. As such, MAXpower occupies a ‘sweet spot’ providing power of a scale which is uneconomic for major global competitors and too large for local start-ups to emulate. MAXpower has the ability to exploit energy investment opportunities all along the value chain from equipment sales, to services (operation and maintenance contracts), to construction management to project development and asset ownership.
