It is a company that is owned by licensed veterinarians who own an accredited facility in Ontario. Currently, the operation is run out of a sq. ft. warehouse, divided into 7 distinct zones that are organized by product groupings. Picking, packing and shipment of pharmaceuticals, pet food, supplies, clinic supplies, and much more, is streamlined for efficient service via bar coded bin cards, terminals with bar code scanners, and an automated computerized conveyer system.
