Αρχικά παρήγαγε κοινά οικοδομικά τούβλα (οπτόπλινθοι) μέχρι το 1996, ο Κωνσταντίνος Ηλιάδης διαθέτει μεγάλη εμπειρία στην κατασκευή κεραμικών προιόντων, διότι απασχολείται στην επιχείρηση από μικρό παιδί. Από το 1997 η εταιρία ασχολείται με την παραγωγή συμπαγών κεραμικών διακοσμητικών προιόντων. Στην πορεία της, τα πρώτα χρόνια λειτουργίας της η ποιότητά της βασιζόταν στην καλή πρόθεση και την πολύτιμη εμπειρία των ιδίων και των συνεργατών τους.
