Holdvölgy

Our winery is in the heart of the Tokaj wine region in Hungary, just a few miles from Europe’s geometric centre. The Mád basin holds a special position in the world of winegrowing because of its unique soil, macroclimate, and microclimate. Settled as early as the 15th century, Mád is identified in ancient documents as a borough. It was a meeting point for barons, counts, lords, and wine merchants, making it a pivotal location for winegrowing and the wine trade. HOLDVÖLGY operates on an area of 27 hectares. Our estate is situated on 22 parcels within seven different vineyards in the best areas of the Mád basin. Our cellar is one of the oldest cellar systems in the region, with some sections dating back as far as the 16th century. Our cellar is also one of the longest, measuring 1.8 kilometers. The history of the winery started with a one-hectare birthday present. By 2006, the Estate had grown to 26 hectares. The goal was and still is to achieve the vision of creating an iconic brand by international standards. In the eve of this 21st Century and taking into account all the major wine regions of the World only Tokaj and more particularly the Mád Basin would give us the means to succeed in our quest.

A Rézangyal termékek gyártását továbbra is cégünk végzi - 2017. októbertől Angyalgyár Kft. néven.

Je m’appelle Christian Gelbe-Haussen et je suis un assemblage d’Allemand, de Hongrois et de Suisse. Vous l’avez déjà compris, je suis né pour comprendre les questions liées aux barrières linguistiques et culturelles. Hárslevelű, Cserszegi Fűszeres, oltalom alatt álló eredetmegjelölés. Voici quelques exemples qui m’ont amené à créer BOÁR Wines Kft, une agence commerciale spécialisée en vins hongrois. Né et élevé à Genève, j’ai actuellement la chance de vivre à Budapest et de côtoyer des vignerons talentueux, de déguster des curiosités locales et de visiter des régions insoupçonnées des non-initiés. La voie m’a été ouverte par mon père et mon parrain, deux grands amateurs avertis, qui ont su me transmettre leur passion à travers leurs histoires et des vins d’exception. Dans cette même philosophie, le but de BOÁR est de partager de beaux produits mais aussi du savoir, car une bouteille sans histoire, est selon moi, une bouteille à moitié vide. Ainsi, chaque flacon séparé de son terroir sera accompagné des connaissances nécessaires pour conforter cavistes et sommeliers dans leurs discours et partager avec leurs clients, beaucoup plus qu’un vin.

Ferger-Módos Winery Hungary, Szekszárd

In the Ferger-Módos Winery in Epreskert the characteristics of the historic wine region of Szekszárd, years of tradition and nearly 30 years of experience of winery combines with the latest technology. In the winery square meters are available for storing barreled and bottled wines in controlled temperature. These wines, analyzed in these modern laboratories, may be treated expertly if needed, stored, and they are filled in special bottles in the bottling unit and labeled uniquely. The capacity of the storehouse is more than bottles. It is possible to store the wines either in cases without label, or in cardboard boxes with labels. The Módos Winery trades not only table wines and bottled wines, but also the very high quality and limited wine specialities. The excellent quality is ensured by the combination of the traditional and the most advanced technology. In distributing barrel-wines in catering trade we also opted for development. We accomplished this with a special packing technology, the so-called Bag-in-Box, which makes it possible for the nectar to get to the guests’ glass in a more aesthetic and hygienic way, because of the special cooler designed for BIB and the inside valve system. This way we may dispense with the bottles and plastic cans.

Boraink a helyszínen és webshopon is elérhetőek. Istenhegyi Borház was founded in 2011, in Rátka in the Tokaj Wine Region. This legendary volcanic wine region in North-East Hungary has been famous for its natural sweet wine for centuries, and now it is getting noticed about the dry white wines too. Our family winery was founded to show the joy of winemaking, the beauty, and the values of this region to our guests and pass it on to the next generation. We are welcoming our guests for wine tastings and also to stay a few days in our renovated farmhouse in the Zemplén hills to enjoy hiking, chill, and a glass of Tokaji wine from Istenhegy.

Borászatunk a 2015. évben lépett a megújulás útjára. A piaci igényekhez igazodva egy technológiai és kapacitásfejlesztést hajtottunk végre, ezzel együtt az új irányvonalak kijelölése is megtörtént. A korábbi évek tapasztalatai alapján úgy gondoljuk, hogy a térség kivételes adottságait kihasználva csakis a minőségre való szüntelen törekvésünk vezethet sikerre. Hiszünk benne, hogy gondos munkával és szakértelemmel, évről évre olyan szortimentet tudunk megalkotni, aminek köszönhetően fogyasztóink számára a „Stier” márkanév nem csak egyedi jellegzetességekkel bíró borokat, de a garantált minőséget is jelképezi egyben. Ennek érdekében a modern technológiai eljárások lehetőségeit kihasználva, a térségi hagyományokat szem előtt tartva borainkat csakis első osztályú alapanyagokból állítjuk elő. A borászat kapacitásfejlesztést követő éves előállított bormennyisége megközelítőleg palack, amelynek 65 %-a fehér és rozé, 35%-a vörösbor. Az egyes fajtaborok és házasítások az évjárati adottságokhoz igazodva, a villányi eredetvédelmi rendszer minősítési kritériumainak megfelelően classicus, premium és super premium kategóriákban készülnek. Bár számunkra a legfontosabb szempont vásárlóink elégedettsége, mégis örömmel konstatáljuk, hogy termékeink rendszerint megállják helyüket a szakmai közönség előtt is. Helyi, régiós és országos borversenyek állandó résztvevői és díjazottjai a pincészetünk által versenyeztetett palackos borok. A fehérborok közül Sauvignon blanc, Olaszrizling, Chardonnay és Hárslevelű fajtaborként találhatók meg, amelyek lendületes, gazdag íz világú, markáns savú alapját a speciális adottságú siklósi szőlők adják. Fehér és rozéházasítási alapokból készülnek a „Cimbora” gyöngyöző borok, amelyek a fiatalos, friss és vibráló borokat kedvelők számára nyújtanak különleges élményt. A jól strukturált, testes vörösborokból Villány egyedi jellemvonásai tükröződnek vissza. A nagy francia fajták (Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon, Cabernet franc) mellett Portugieser és Kékfr
