Oficiul Național al Viei și Vinului (ONVV) este o instituție publică organizată în baza parteneriatului public-privat, creat în 2013 prin Hotărârea Guvernului Republicii Moldova. În scurta perioadă de la crearea sa, ONVV a reușit să devină expertul nr. 1 în sectorul vitivinicol, care contribuie la reglementarea și dezvoltarea domeniului, servind drept platformă pentru acțiunea comună a tuturor celor implicați în creșterea competitivității produselor vinicole, valorificarea autenticității și orientarea spre consumator. Printre obiectivele principale ale ONVV se numără elaborarea și implementarea politicilor de stat în sectorul vitivinicol, promovarea vinurilor moldovenești prin programul național și brandul național vinicol „Vinul Moldovei. O legendă vie” pe piața internă și piețele internaționale, administrarea producției de vinuri cu IGP și DOP, precum și acordarea de asistență și consultanță industriei vinului din Moldova.

Asconi Winery
The Winery was founded in 1994 and to this day remains a family business. Our aim is to make the best possible wine we can, using the best available technology, while maintaining the traditions of our people. We also want to share everything we have accomplished with our visitors, local or foreign! Any wine starts with the grapes and having a vineyard is required for any winery. That is why we have planted over 500 hectares (1230 acres) over the course of 10 years. All of our vineyards are located in the vicinity of the Geamana village, in the county of Anenii Noi, at a distance of approximately 10 kilometers from the winery. At the winery you will also be able experience the culinary traditions, in a an ambiance that will allow you to explore the Moldovan heritage.

Our priority task is not short-term earnings, but gaining full-value market positions. The uniqueness of our wines is not a chance or luck. Our corporate style comprises a scientific approach to every stage from growing to bottling, thorough manual filtration of ripe berries to identify the unsuitable units, separation of the stalk prior to the pressing process, we leave 2.3 – 3 kilograms of bunches only on every vine, which means that we decrease the vintage approximately three times but the intensity of the grapes increases several-fold, which enables us to receive wine with high alcohol by volume without a single gram of sugar or outside preservatives.
