Domaine Dumetrier

DOMAINE DUMETRIER Located in Romania, Dobrogea region, on the Danube’s banks, between the communes of Cochirleni and Rasova, the Domaine DUMETRIER project includes the vineyard, the winery, as well as a hotel, spa, restaurant and farm that will be used as the restaurant's supplier. Within the hotel there will be a bar and a conference room, and the spa will have two saunas, two massage rooms, a Turkish bath, indoor and outdoor pool. In this harmonious and sustainable universe, we want to offer our guests a unique experience that brings together wine, gastronomy, architecture, nature, people and culture. We paid special attention to the architecture, so that the winery and the rest of the complex, which stretches over two hectares, can integrate naturally into the Danube landscape. The Domaine DUMETRIER vineyard is located near the banks of the Danube, covering 2 hills on an area of 73 hectares. It was planted in 2011 protecting the characteristics of the chosen terroir and starting with the year 2021 all the surface is ecological. In this balanced ecological environment, we also integrated varieties less planted in Romania such as Malbec, Mourvèdre, Semillon, and Negru de Drăgăsani. Classic varieties are added to them, such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon and Syrah. Each Domaine DUMETRIER wine expresses the purity of the variety, the naturalness of the fruit, the expression of the terroir and passes through a rigorous internal selection. The construction of the winery will be completed at the end of 2023, and the hotel, restaurant and spa will open their doors to guests in late 2025.

Noi dorim chiar sa propunem clientilor Abel’s Wine Bar sa descopere aici un farmec aparte al Romaniei, pregatind in acest sens o selectie foarte ampla de vinuri autohtone de cea mai buna calitate. Conceptul de Wine Bar a luat nastere preste Ocean, in SUA, dar a devenit in scurt timp foarte popular in intreaga lume. Noi am mizat pe un model de local inspirat din amenajarile americane, doring sa venim in intampinarea unei categorii ample de clienti dornici de experiente diferite. Clientii din Centrul Vechi isi doresc mai mult decat simpla socializare. Ei sunt in cautarea unor experiente memorabile. Pentru multi dintre noi vinul ofera astfel de momente greu de uitat. Localul nostru ofera clientilor o varietate de peste 100 de etichete de vinuri provenite atat din Lumea Noua – America de Sud, Australia, Africa de Sud, Noua Zeelanda – cat si de pe Vechiul Continent, mai ales din Romania. Sortimentele autohtone vor fi preponderente. Ne-am propus sa mizam pe o politica in care sa punem un accent deosebit pe calitatea produselor din oferta. Nu vom promova intens vinurile scumpe, ci vinurile cu adevarat deosebite. Produsele listate au chiar preturi mai mici comparativ cu cele oferite de alte baruri si restaurante similare din Bucuresti. Abel’s Wine Bar isi propune extinderea la nivel de tare, unul dintre promele orase vizate fiind Sibiul. Ulterior ne propunem si lansarea unei companii de distributie pe acest segment, avand un atuu in plus cunoasterea indeaproape a preferintelor consumatorilor, castigata in lucrul direct cu acestia in cadrul Abel’s Wine Bar.
