BİRİCİK Winery is a group company. In addition to the wine producing company, it operates viticulture, accommodation, cafe restaurant, transportation, excavation, gas station and continues its commercial activities in many areas. The Production Start Date of Biricik Winery dates back to the early 1950's. When it was first established; While wine production continued by hand squeezed and in earthen pots, then in reinforced concrete stone warehouses and then in oak barrels, the foundations of today's modern facility were laid by improving the bottling and packaging method. Until the beginning of 1997, the wines produced and offered for sale only in barrels, are now on sale as bottled and packaged. Biricik Winery has come a long way in wine production and has become the number one wine producer in our country by making its existing facilities very modern and suitable for today's conditions. The wines we produce are spread all over Turkey with our fleet of 14 trailers; we supply the products to the market through a total of 66 Distributors in the Marmara, Aegean, Central Anatolia and Mediterranean regions and total 700sales representatives at On‑Trade, Off Trade, HoReCa Sales Channels and Key Accounts. Our local wines production capacity of approximately liters/year, we both make a significant contribution to the regional economy and provide employment opportunities to a large extent.
