BORNOS Vinos & Licores is the meeting point of a new era in the world of wine, where the passion we feel for it translates into innovation and authenticity, fusing history and future. Each of our wineries and their brands are united under a concept that defies convention. While maintaining their character, personality and identity, they are all governed by a unique philosophy. And we do so under the focus of a very specific objective: to elevate everything we expect from wine through quality, continuous improvement and excellence, always thinking about what the consumer is looking for at all times. It currently brings together seven wineries rooted in six prestigious wine regions of Spain: Palacio de Bornos (D.O. Rueda), Señorío de Sarría (D.O. Navarra), Lleiroso and Dominio de Bornos (D.O. Ribera del Duero), Martínez Corta (D.O.Ca. Rioja), Bucrana (D.O. Toro) and Guelbenzu (Finca la Lombana). And to all this, we add the liqueurs that we make at Casa D'Aristi, which originate in the Yucatán peninsula (Mexico).

All our production comes from our family vineyard, which covers 100 hectares, and its production represents 100% of our needs. These are old vineyards with an average age of 50 years and with low yields, where we grow Tempranillo, Garnacha, Mazuelo and Graciano.

Bodegas Puente Del Ea
We are located in ‘Rioja Alta’, specifically in the municipality of Sajazarra, one of the westernmost places of the D.O.Ca Rioja, and within the region of the capital of Rioja, Haro. Our situation, a privileged area for the production of high quality wines, both because of its favorable soil for the cultivation of the vine and because of its climate, one of the most extreme within the denomination of origin, makes us excellent candidates for the production of great Rioja wines. The winery, founded in 2001, can be classified within the French Château style, surrounded by our 4 hectares of vineyards, all of them from the tempranillo variety and from which we produce the wines of the highest range of the winery. In addition to our own vineyards, we have agreements with suppliers in the area for years. Vineyards that we control and manage through our oenological advice. They are always vineyards chosen and selected. In recent years we have strived to make ourselves known and share with wine lovers the excellence of our productions. All this would not be possible without the human team that forms the winery, directed since the end of 2016 by Rodrigo Madrid, an agronomist based in La Rioja since 2004. Julien Viaud, winemaker and an international consultant, member of the Michel Rolland team, has begun to collaborate with us in 2019, being our winery its first project in Rioja. We work with a philosophy of making wines of the highest quality. We base ourselves on the selection and good treatment of the product. We have two styles of own wines, one more classic, Eridano, based on the know-how of the Rioja masters, and another more modern, Puente del Ea, which combines the experience with fresh and personal airs. In addition to our wines, we exclusively distribute the ‘Robert Moncuit’ Champagne, a Grand Cru from Mesnil sur Oger. An exceptional Champagne with a long history that goes back to five generations, home founded in 1889.

We are “courtiers”, we don't mark up prices with commissions; you receive rates equivalent to purchasing directly from the winery.

Cava Mestres es una empresa familiar que tiene sus orígenes en 1312. La primera botella de Cava fue elaborada en 1928. En 1945 elaboraron el primer Cava Brut Nature de España (sin adición de azúcar después del degüelle). Tienen una larga tradición en la elaboración de Cavas de alta gama con un estilo propio que es reconocido a nivel internacional. Son pioneros y vanguardistas en la fermentación y crianza de Cavas en barrica y tienen el privilegio de tener una estrecha relación con el mundo gastronómico de alta calidad. La Bodega está situada en pleno centro del pueblo de Sant Sadurní de Noya, en un edificio histórico-catalogado de 1600.

La bodega Mas de Torubio es el resultado de la ilusión y el esfuerzo de una familia de viticultores que tiene el único objetivo de preservar su valor más preciado, la finca de la que proceden las uvas con las que elaboran el vino. La bodega, está situada en los bajos de la casa de nuestro abuelo Paterno, “Torubio”. Allí estaban los corrales de los caballos que se utilizaban para trabajar la finca. Décadas después, la generación actual ha rehabilitado esos corrales y los ha adaptado para la elaboración del vino.

Bodegas Cano fue fundada en 1860 por Blas Cano García en Higueruela (Albacete). Actualmente, somos la quinta generación en el negocio familiar. Disponemos de 120 hectáreas de viñedo propio situado en torno a metros de altitud en agricultura ecológica, lo cual otorga a nuestras uvas unas características excepcionales. Trabajamos con variedades como Montastrell, Verdejo y Sauvignon Blanc aunque nos gusta destacar la Garnacha Tintorera como nuestra variedad estrella. El mayor elemento que nos diferencia es el uso que hacemos de nuestras antiguas tinajas de barro originales de 1860, en ellas maceramos y criamos algunos de nuestros vinos, dando como resultado unos productos con personalidad y características únicas.
