Gilvesy Winery
Mount Saint George (Szent György-hegy) is an ancient and little known volcanic butte in Europe’s Pannon basin. Our estate is found here, just a few kilometers north of Lake Balaton, its roots originating in the 17th century. Mount Saint George is cloaked with vineyards, both old vines and more recenting plantings, ours and many others being cultivated organically. With our vineyards and wine culture, our goal is to authentically preserve and express the unique character of the mountain in our wines."A good vintage can be recognized by the need for only the lightest of touch in the cellar, as nature and good work in the vineyards forms the basis of expression.” Róbert Gilvesy, founder

Pajzos Tokaj
Tokaj Wine Region The grapes and vineyards in Tokaj have a long and illustrious past. The first written reference dates from 13th century, but historians believe that the slopes in the area were planted with vines as early as the Hungarian Conquest of the Carpathian Basin (end of the 9th century). Nothing better proves the excellence of Tokaji vines and grapes than the fact that the Tokaj Wine Region was declared a delimited wine region, the first in the world, in 1737. The renown of Tokaj is founded on its wine specialities (Aszú and Szamorodni), both wines made exclusively here in this wine region. The first Aszú was made in 1571 but this incredible naturally sweet wine attained its real glory only in the 17th century when, thanks to ruling prince Ferenc II Rákóczi, the noble nectar reached almost all the monarchs of Europe. Louis XIV proclaimed the now well-known phrase: “Tokaji, the king of wines and the wine of kings”. About us Pajzos Tokaj has been preparing iconic wines in Tokaj since 1992. Pajzos wines representing premium Tokaj quality and have found their place in prestigious restaurants, at exclusive gala dinners and at dinner tables in numerous countries, thus building the fame of Tokaj. What is behind the success? Passion for grape and wine production, keeping traditions, market orientation and the maximum satisfaction of consumer needs in a conscious and professional way. The goal of the winery is to increase the recognition and popularity of Hungarian and Tokaji wines both in the domestic and international markets. Pajzos Vineyard Pajzos Vineyard is a south, southwest-facing land with excellent attributes. Brown earth with clay strips mixes with andesite tuff, and this ground has excellent heat-retaining properties so grapes ripen beautifully and become supreme aszú berries. This last feature is thanks to the microclimate and Zsadány stream bordering the south of the area which provides the humidity necessary for the development of the Botrytis.

Grand Tokaj Winery
Grand Tokaj is the leading winery in the historic Tokaj-hegyalja wine region bearing the title of a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is the guardian and protector of our national winemaking tradition. We are the flagship of wine production in the region being the leading winery – possessing a total of 66 hectares of vineyards and providing for 35% of the regions total. As the integrating force of the region, we purchase grapes from over 1200 small producers across some 1050 hectares of land. In addition to the esteemed Tokaj Aszú, a wine once praised by Louis XIV as the "Wine of Kings & Kings of Wine," Grand Tokaj proudly offers a rich assortment of wines. This includes a spectrum of options such as dry, medium-dry/medium-sweet, and sweet wines, complemented by an array of semi-sparkling delights. Our chief wine maker Károly Áts is the only Hungarian winemaker who made a 100-point wine awarded by US Wine & Spirit Magazine. Our Szegi 5.5km long cellar is the largest one in the Tokaj Wine Region and East-Central Europe as a whole. The winery built the cellar into the Hatalos Hill on the edge of the villages of Szegi and Szegilong more than a quarter of a century ago, converting a series of 400-year-old rock mines. The winery is continuously looking to further expand worldwide. For any questions or inquieries, you can write a message on LinkedIn or contact: info@grandtokaj.com. Disznoko - Tokaj
Classified First Growth, Disznókő is one of the greatest single vineyards in the Tokaj region. Since 1992, under the leadership of AXA Millésimes (owner of legendary estates like Château Pichon Longueville in Pauillac, Château Suduiraut in Sauternes and Quinta do Noval in Portugal), Disznókő has been in the forefront of the renaissance of the true original style of Tokaji wines, seeking absolute purity of the fruit, freshness and great balance combined with the power and the depth of the botrytised grapes. The 150 ha (370 acres) of the estate, in the foothills of Hungary’s Zemplén Mountains, are dominated by a volcanic clay soil and planted with the traditional local varietals of Furmint and Hárslevelű. Over the centuries, Disznókő has been home to a number of noble Hungarian families. The original 19th Century house and cellars is now a renowned restaurant, Sárga Borház (‘The Yellow House’), for visitors to the region. The new Disznókő winery together with its deep underground cellars, carved into the rock, combines state-of-the-art technology with age-old local tradition; it is also one of the finest examples of today’s modern architecture in Hungary.

Gere Attila Winery
Gere Attila Winery is a premium wine production company based in Villány, Hungary. For seven generations, the family’s winemaking ancestors have passed down the knowledge from ancestors to descendants. Originally a forester, Attila Gere, the founder of the winery, received a small plot of vineyards from his father-in-law as a wedding present, and after 1989 he and his wife, Katalin, built up one of the most important and successful family wineries in the country. The business is now being led to further success by the next generation, their daughter Andrea and her husband Kristóf. The vineyards are located on some of the best sites in Villány, such as Csillagvölgy, Konkoly, Ördögárok and Kopár - the latter being the warmest vineyard in the wine region and always harvested first. Healthy grapes are essential for high quality wine, which is why the vineyards have been organically farmed since 2010. The result is high quality, healthy, chemical and stress-free, nutrient-rich fruit and wines of the utmost purity. Perfectly ripe, hand-picked grapes from organic vineyards are processed using the most gentle and modern technology available. The wines are fermented with the winery’s own selected local yeast culture and then aged in Hungarian oak barrels. The different product lines are clearly distinguished by their packaging. The vibrant character of the Frici sparkling wines is expressed through a striking 1930s-style design, while the classic, fruit-driven base wines feature a clean white label. The more concentrated, premium quality, lower volume wines have pastel labels and both labels and ecapsules are marked with a red band, while the top-tier wines bear unique names and labels to highlight their special quality and the care that goes into their production.

Vylyan Szőlőbirtok És Pincészet
A Vylyan birtok a Villányi borvidéken, Magyarország leghíresebb vörösbortermő vidékén található. Az országban itt a legmagasabb a napsütéses órák száma. A Mecsek kelet-nyugati tájolása miatt védelmet nyújt a hűvös északi szelek elől. A tiszta mészkő alaprétegen kialakult löszös, agyagos talaj ideális a szőlőművelés számára. Az itt készült borok összetéveszthetetlenül villányiak. A birtokot 1992-ben alapította Debreczeni Pál. Ekkor kezdtük telepíteni szőlőültetvényeinket is.
