The values that support our winery, situated in the heart of classic Valpolicella classic area, include territory, selection, family, refinement, sustainability, and the protection of biodiversity. Quality can be a question of numbers too. A few, carefully selected bottles of Recioto, Valpolicella and Ripasso. And in a good year some Amarone docg and Rosso Veronese IGT from our vineyards in Sant'Ambrogio Valpolicella. Here is where my family live since the end of 19° century: first of all we are farmers and winemakers who are proud of our origins. That’s why we are one of the few wineries that don’t buy grapes from others, we are the result of our own terroir (the expression “Coali” comes from the area occupied by our estate, we choose it because we want to connect our business to our land and his traditions. Nine hectares of marl-chalk soil vineyards on a southern-facing hillside. But only 25% of the grapes we produce, the best, are used to make our own wines, with a yearly total of just 30k bottles. We are a sustainability and green energy winery.

Società Agricola La Roncaglia

La Roncaglia Farm & Winery, strong of century-old family tradition, is based in the heart of Langhe, a UNESCO heritage site with unique landscapes and incredible wine productions. In particular, it is located in the hamlet of Santa Maria di La Morra, the heart of Barolo area and other great wines. La Roncaglia was born of love for this land and its sunny vineyards. Our passion has always been to work with dedication to create great wines, respecting the magnificence of the territory where they are produced, preserving the family tradition, continuing to evolve but always in line with our original values. La Roncaglia, established by Luigi Roggero at the beginning of last century, was reborn in 2013, thanks the commitment, passion and ability to dream of the founder's grandchildren. The farm takes name from the area that houses the eponymous Cascina Roncaglia Sottana (276 meters s.l.m.), owned by Roggero family since the beginning of the last century. It is believed that Roncaglia was originally a farmhouse owned by the noble Falletto family, later acquired by the bishop of Alba. The real estate registry office actually reports, in 1585, among the goods declared by Francesco Marco Falletto, a “cassina” (ancient term for the current “Cascina”, meaning "Farmhouse") within the Roncaglia area. The total area is about 9 hectares and houses mainly vineyards and hazelnut trees. The vineyard is about 3.5 hectares of which 2.6 planted with Nebbiolo particularly suited for the production of Barolo DOCG, the rest with Barbera for Barbera d'Alba DOC, facing south/south-east. A small parcel of Nebbiolo vineyards is located within the Capalot cru (300 m asl), exposed to south/south-east, overlooking the hamlet of S. Maria. Our core value is to make top quality wines, in limited batches, to provide the best experience to selected wine lovers.

Dalibrà is a a winery with a long history of “hands and land.” A story of Abruzzo, of Italy. Our grandfather Pippo emigrated to America from Abruzzo at only 22 years old. All he owned was a cardboard suitcase and a few pence, but he also carried with him the desire to return home, for that suitcase to be filled with the land of Abruzzo, to cultivate it, to “think better.” And so it was. First and foremost, organic wine, our choice. Abruzzo is known as one of the “Green Regions of Europe,” with its territory composed mostly of national parks, regional parks, and reserves stretching from the sea to the mountains. Our vineyards are located along the wine route in the province of Chieti, between Ortona on the Adriatic sea and the Majella massif, on a protected hillside that has gained recognition for its biodiversity thanks to its proximity to both the sea and the mountains. he wines we create are organic, biodynamic, vegan. We have chosen to embrace nature, sustainability, and traditional vineyard management. We harvest and prune our vines by hand, taking time and care over each bunch, vine after vine. We are allies of nature. We have selected our best bottles so that we can share with our customers the experience of the organic every day, as a lifestyle that is perfectly in tune with our eating habits, in keeping with the Italian and Mediterranean diet, with our cuisine that is rooted in tradition while still looking to the future. The antidote to “it’s all the same” is attention to detail, to the specifics that make a wine unique and without equal. Brand: Our brand’s logo represents the gentle curves of every corner of Abruzzo: the curves of the nearby mountains are reflected in those of the hills that touch the curves of the waves of the sea and open like the leaves of a pinwheel flower caressed by the wind: an elegant, fragrant, delicate flower, unique because it blooms only in our vineyards, unique just like our wines.

L’azienda Ca’ dei Frati è nota sin dal 1782 come attesta un documento che riferisce “di una casa con cantina sita in Lugana nel tener di Sermion detta il luogo dei Frati”. Nel 1939 Felice Dal Cero, figlio di Domenico, già viticoltore in Montecchia di Crosara, nel veronese, si trasferì in quella casa, in Lugana di Sirmione, intuendo fin da subito l’alta vocazione vitivinicola della zona. Dopo trent’anni di lavoro in vigna e in cantina, nel 1969, il figlio Pietro partecipa alla nascita della Doc iniziando a imbottigliare la sua prima etichetta di Lugana Casa dei Frati, successivamente detta Ca’ dei Frati. Nel 2012 Pietro Dal Cero viene a mancare lasciando l’eredità culturale alla moglie Santa Rosa e ai figli Igino, Gian Franco ed Anna Maria che gestiscono l’azienda con la stessa passione e determinazione.

La Società Agricola Sandro de Bruno, condotta da Sandro Tasoniero e dalla moglie Marina Ferraretto, nasce nel 2002 con l'obiettivo di produrre vini che rappresentino al meglio la vocazione del territorio in cui nascono. Ci troviamo immersi nella zona del Soave e dei Monti Lessini, tra i comuni di Montecchia di Crosara e Terrossa di Roncà, terre vulcaniche e particolarmente vocate, che offrono un panorama spettacolare. Passione, dedizione e rispetto per la natura sono le leve fondamentali che guidano il lavoro e i processi aziendali e produttivi. L'Azienda Sandro De Bruno vuole proporre una personale e semplice idea di vino, traendo dal territorio tutte le peculiarità che la vite può donare. In cantina, come in vigna, viene garantita la massima cura e attenzione alla qualità del prodotto, ottenendo così vini di lunga durata e in continuo miglioramento, capaci di emozionare nel tempo. Il nostro obiettivo è creare un vino capace di custodire la tradizione ed esprimere al meglio l’identità del territorio. Crediamo fortemente nel rispetto della natura, del tempo e della tradizione. È nostro compito preservare e valorizzare il territorio e lasciare un ricordo che continui ad emozionare. Applichiamo i principi dell’Agricoltura Integrata e Sostenibile in tutti i processi che ci permettono di ottenere il nostro vino, dalla vigna alla cantina. Questo prevede l’impiego di tecniche agricole ecologicamente sostenibili e compatibili con la tutela dell’ambiente naturale per preservare la risorsa ambiente. Gli interventi quindi sono ridotti al minimo indispensabile, mirati solo alla necessità e finalizzati alla ricerca di un equilibrio naturale e stabile senza interferenze con la natura. Le concimazioni sono solo di tipo organico e certificato, senza alcun prodotto di sintesi chimica, come anche la rimozione delle malerbe in vigneto, che viene operata senza l’uso di diserbanti di sintesi.
