I'm Aaron a highly innovative facilitator and dynamic creator who is passionate about exploring group energy in facilitation and empowering groups to discover their own solutions and outcomes. I joined MosaicLab in April 2023, following over two decades in senior marketing and customer service roles in the plastic pipeline supply industry, where I supported and supplied Victorian water corporations and the water treatment industry. At MosaicLab, I'm excited to be part of an amazing culture of inclusivity, excellence, and learning that encourages individuals to foster their unique talents and pursue personally meaningful and impactful work. With a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and extensive experience creating compelling and valuable content that resonates with my audience and clients, I thrive on fostering engagement both within and outside of an organisation. As a facilitator, I have a contagious enthusiasm for turning conflicts into synergy and shared visions. I love seeing participants reconnecting during events, especially when I witness individuals with firmly-held, opposing views coming together and embracing a new framework that converts past conflicts into a shared and inspiring vision.
