About Aaron Crane

My background includes over 20 years of growing ministries by developing volunteers and doing so in an intergenerational and multicultural way. I spent nearly 11 years at my last church-The Bridge in Murrieta, California as worship and creative arts pastor. I have only served in three churches, but in those ministries I progressed in leadership. My first leadership role was as the youth worship leader at the church I grew up in. My next church was part-time, with a role in both youth and music. In just a few years, I became the full-time worship pastor. Then, at The Bridge Church, I started full-time as both the youth and worship/creative arts pastor, growing a youth group from 30 to 150 with 30 leaders. I developed students to the point of taking on leadership roles in the main worship venue. Some of these students have even gone on to have successful careers in music and ministry in other settings. While under my leadership, the worship ministry in the adult service grew from 10 to 60+ volunteers. My passion goes beyond the worship leader platform. Whether it's offering music lessons, directing production, or pastoring through small groups, I love to build up and encourage people. Our weekly team rehearsals were not only about rehearsing the music but also about building community. I am a highly detailed person, and collaboration is important to me.
