I’m a nonprofit and association professional with 15+ years of experience designing funded programs, managing stakeholder relationships across BC, and securing critical grants and sponsorships. My work has included turning a nonprofit food hub from deficit to profitability in under a year, managing national membership systems for a food industry association, and leading employment programs for youth and equity-deserving communities across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. I’ve authored winning proposals totaling over $1 million and regularly report to boards, funders, and leadership teams. Whether coordinating strategic planning, building cross-sector partnerships, or designing inclusive services, I focus on creating systems that serve people clearly, efficiently, and with impact. I’m open to roles in nonprofit leadership, program strategy, or association operations, particularly where collaboration, equity, and sustainability are core values.
