About Aaron Godde

Aaron is the Chief Experience Officer, lead product designer and co-founder of Bidhive, a collaborative end-to-end bid management platform that helps companies plan, manage, track and report on their tender and bid activity to improve compliance, quality and contract win rates. Aaron thrives at the intersection of people, systems, technology and design and is a big-picture thinker with a passion for using co-design to solve complex problems, create shared value and meet the changing needs of structures and stakeholders. With a background in advertising, design and application development, he helps the product team bring Bidhive to life through customer insights and lean, iterative processes. He is the trusted advisor to his co-founder and CEO, and helps to align strategies, budgets and resources to business goals. He also guides customers in leveraging their business transformation initiatives to ensure Bidhive can help them respond to rapidly changing market conditions and trends. Prior to Bidhive Aaron held Creative Director roles with leading advertising and design agencies in Brisbane, and worked on major consumer, government and B2B accounts.
