I'm the Winemaker behind Mercer Wines, together with Alison, we're building a sustainable wine business - making wines from all over NSW, winemaking for premium custom products and beginning a Cellar Door in Pokolbin. Born and bred in the Hunter Valley, we now live here with our three little ones.
