As a Small Business Inside Sales Consultant at ADP, I leverage my communication and customer service skills to connect with small businesses, uncover their needs, and align them with the best solutions at ADP. I have successfully increased sales and generated new leads, thanks to my ability to build rapport, listen actively, and persuade effectively. Before joining ADP, I spent ten years in the restaurant industry, where I gained valuable experience in managing inventory, ordering and receiving products, quality control, employee training, and people management. I rose to a managerial level in multiple locations, including as a Sous Chef at Cinderlands Brewing Company and a Lead Line Cook at Jean Louis Parisian Bistro. I also hold a B.S. in Communication from Ohio University and a B.A. in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from The Art Institutes. I am passionate about learning new skills, growing my career, and delivering excellent service to my clients.
