About Abby Dalton

Managing the transportation and distribution of goods for several clients is my main responsibility as a Logistics Account Manager at Kenco Group. I ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction by working with a team of logistics specialists, drivers, and carriers, and coordinating with them to optimize the routes, schedules, and costs of the shipments. I also communicate with the clients regularly, providing them with updates, reports, and solutions for any issues or challenges that arise. I have a strong educational background in English Literature and Computer/Information Technology, which has equipped me with writing, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a solid foundation in business and technology. I graduated from Covenant College in Dec 2022 with a BA degree in English Literature, with a writing concentration, and I also have an AA degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Georgia Northwestern Tech. I am passionate about learning new things and applying them to my work. I am also very competitive, goal-oriented, and determined, as evidenced by my achievements in NCAA basketball, where I received awards for leadership and performance. I am looking forward to advancing my career in logistics and pursuing a master's degree in the future.
