I am a Project Manager at Zahran Operation & Maintenance, a leading provider of integrated facility management solutions in the Middle East. With over four years of experience in project and program management, I am passionate about delivering high-quality results for my clients, leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies to optimize performance and efficiency.In my current role, I manage the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property project, where I define project scope, goals, and deliverables, assign and monitor tasks, oversee maintenance and repair activities, implement energy-efficient practices, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. I also coordinate with consultants to resolve conflicts, streamline workflows, and meet deadlines. Previously, I worked as a Handover Engineer and a Mechanical Engineer at the BACS Riyadh Metro Project, where I facilitated the transition from construction to operation, reviewed testing and commissioning procedures, and performed regular inspections of facilities and equipment. I possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, which I use to collaborate with diverse teams, manage project risks and issues, and identify areas for improvement. I am also well-versed in applying AI applications, such as machine learning and computer vision, to enhance project outcomes and reduce costs. Additionally, I hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, which demonstrates my proficiency in process improvement and quality management. I also have a Master of Science in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, with a minor in Physics, from Southeast Missouri State University, where I also obtained certifications in Nano-Bio Engineering Training and Faculty Development Day.
