About Abdusattor Esoev

Over 20 years of professional experience in emergencies, relief operations in post-crises context as well as development program operations with extensive working experiences in countries such as Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Sudan, Bangladesh and Russian Federation. Managed and successfully implemented several multi-million projects in the field of emergency, post-crises and migration management, providing assistance to hundreds of stranded migrants, IDPs (internally displaced population) refugees and vulnerable people in need. Additional to solid project management experience also successfully managed offices and supervision of up to 45 staff both in Tajikistan and Afghanistan, Sudan and Bangladesh. Gained strong liaison and negotiation skills working closely both with donor countries and international organizations, UN (United Nations), ICRC (International Committee for Red Cross) as well as host governments and local partners while working in difficult duty stations and ensuring the organization’s objectives are met despite of hardship working as well as living conditions faced. Two University Diplomas from home country Tajikistan and the MBA Degree from the University of Liverpool, UK as well as doctoral degree from Walden University, US, added value to the professional background helping strengthen the knowledge in various fields by adding solid background to the extensive field experiences.
