In my previous role within the travel sector, I undertook various responsibilities focused on facilitating travel experiences for young people studying in colleges and universities. Serving as a programme coordinator, I independently managed projects, collaborated with education providers and businesses, handled marketing initiatives, and provided customer support to ensure exceptional service delivery. My academic background includes a degree in Modern Languages, which remains a passion of mine and was a driving force behind my interest in the travel industry. While at the University of Liverpool, I honed my skills in Spanish and Italian, with an additional two years of Portuguese study. Throughout my academic journey and experiences abroad, I've cultivated strong communication skills, a deep understanding of cultural and political landscapes, and a sense of confidence through independent travel during my year abroad where I studied at institutions in Spain and Sicily. Additionally, I actively engaged within the university community, serving as a mentor for younger students to support their transitions abroad and as a class assistant, aiding in language learning for students with varying strengths and confidence levels.
