I have completed a Master of Science in Communication Engineering from the University of York, the UK and a Bachelor of Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India. • Ten years of competitive experience in e-commerce, social media marketing, customer engagement, and operations management. • Three years of digital marketing, analysing market trends, optimising campaigns, and increasing brand visibility through targeted marketing strategies • Five years of customer service experience, including dispute management, responding to customer enquiries and handling financial transactions. • Highly organised with an excellent ability to multi-task while remaining detail-oriented with Strong analytical skills, including proven problem-solving abilities in multiple perspectives.
