Adam has over thirty years' experience in the Human Resources and Recruitment industry. He has conducted hundreds of successful executive searches with many successful placements. He has managed search projects from initial client meeting, through candidate development and selection, and placement negotiations. Prior to his current role, he worked at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and Missiles Divisions. Adam also worked as a Senior Search Consultant with Korn/Ferry International which is a premier global provider of talent management solutions that help clients to attract, deploy, develop, retain and reward their talent. Prior to entering executive search industry, having previously been a Director of Human Resources for several years, Adam understands business objectives and the unique challenges that employers face when building winning teams. Adam is putting his experience to work where he is focused on helping clients identify and hire top talent, with a particular emphasis on senior-level general management search assignments. His focus covers the entire breadth of commercial leadership functions across the industrial, consumer, technology, and financial services sectors. Adam has been a part of a large global recruitment function and other strategic search initiatives with other name-brand companies as provider of talent management solutions. Specialties include the recruitment of highly technical environments in both engineering and manufacturing with aerospace, defense and avionics companies.
