Background
About Adam Gailey
I graduated with 2:1 BA Hons in Children integrated professional care in July 2015. I completed my dissertation in restorative justice in the youth justice system. I am dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people who offend. As part of my degree I have learnt about safeguarding within a multi agency discipline and have completed modules in youth crime and law, health, social work, education and psychology. I hope to use the experience I have gained on work placement at Birmingham youth offending services and working full time in a school as physical education co-ordinator for four years to enhance the experience that children and young people may incur when committing crime. By working with the young offender I hope to be able to stop repeat offending and introduce the child and young person back into education or work.
