About Adam Guyatt

Adam is a co-founder of Grewal Guyatt LLP and has worked with both private and public companies of all sizes spanning an array of industries. As a result of his extensive financial and business experience, Adam has helped many business owners become successful by playing a pivotal role in making business decisions and implementing solutions. Adam provides business advisory, business and intangible asset valuation, assurance, accounting, litigation support and tax compliance services. Adam graduated from St. Andrews University in Scotland where he received a First Class Honours Masters degree in Financial Economics. Adam obtained his CA designation at Deloitte LLP where he provided public and private companies with financial statement audit, review and accounting services. During his time at Deloitte, Adam specialized in the areas of business and intangible asset valuations, litigation support, forensics and transaction services. He has provided advice to, and prepared reports for clients in connection with family law matters, shareholder and partnership disputes, mergers and acquisitions, tax and estate planning, business interruption litigation, personal injury litigation, arbitrations, mediations and fraud investigations. Adam has earned the right to use the CFA designation and is also a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). Adam has also gained experience in personal and corporate insolvency issues. With regards to personal bankruptcy he has gained experience in summary administrations, ordinary administrations and division II (consumer) proposals performing interviews, sign-ups, counselling (first and second stage). With regards to corporate insolvencies Adam has been involved in a various receiverships and proposals. Adam has been responsible for taking control of assets and assisting with sale procedures of companies as well as creating and managing the process for proposals and managing the ongoing maintenance of a number of other corporate insolvency files.
