As the Sports Dome Manager at South Suburban Parks and Recreation District (SSPRD), I oversee the operations and maintenance of a multi-purpose indoor sports facility that serves the community and hosts various leagues, events and tournaments. I have been in this role for eight months, and I am a Certified Youth Sports Administrator (CYSA) with a passion for promoting healthy and active lifestyles for all ages and abilities. I also serve as the Committee Chair for eSports at the Colorado Association of Recreational Activities (CARA), where I coordinate and facilitate the development and implementation of recreational eSports programs and leagues across the state. I have been in this position for over a year, and I have a background in recreation management, eSports management, and global business. I have extensive experience in managing youth soccer programs and events, as I was a Recreation Specialist for Sports at the City of Aurora for six years. I am skilled in facility management, youth programming, and recreational eSports, and I strive to create engaging and inclusive opportunities for sport and recreation participation and enjoyment.
