Building the Team – Recruiting, aligning, and empowering a senior leadership team that thrives on accountability and collaboration. From sales expansion to marketing leadership, I ensure we have the right people in the right roles to execute our vision. Capital Allocation – Managing financial health with discipline: balancing cost controls with strategic investments in sales enablement, marketing, and culture. Recent highlights include restoring 401K matching, funding new product video content, and strengthening our tradeshow presence. Performance & Culture – Driving a culture of resilience, transparency, and execution. I keep the team motivated through clear communication, celebrating wins, and reinforcing our shared mission — replacing legacy revenue with new growth engines. External Leadership – Serving as the face of T1V with investors, partners, and customers. I lead strategic relationships with industry leaders like Planar, Avocor, and AVI-SPL/Forte, while ensuring our investors and board remain aligned on our path forward.
