I worked in sales for 2 years, finding great success when dealing with a product I believed in. Having worked at 4 different Verizon Wireless locations moving around from store to store as the most flexible and productive sales associate that the company had during my tenure there. After that, I worked at Batteries Plus Bulbs, starting as an associate and within the year being promoted to store manager, and within 3 months of that being promoted to the companies Executive of commercial sales. These were roles that allowed me to develop confidence in communication with individuals and speaking with a level of authority to gain trust and respect from those that I was communication with. My next career moves involved working at Wal-Mart, starting as a store associate in their online order fulfilment department, then moving to their store remodel team, and finishing up with a regional fixture warehouse, where I ran special projects as an associate level position. Finally I moved to Coyote logistics where I started as a carrier operations coordinator for their intermodal department and then moving to a intermodal data analyst position that I currently occupy. Across all of these positions I have learned time management, interpersonal communication skills, work delegation, organization management, and how to be a positive coworker. I have also had to be a quick learner in all of these positions. From the most recent technology coming out in my Verizon position, to learning the lighting industry standards, to warehouse management and finally organization and analysis of data at coyote logistics. All of these were new to me at the time I was starting out and I was able to take each opportunity and excell in it.
