About Adam Nathan

My career has involved over 25 years’ experience in project management, facilities management and the dynamics of the supply chain across a diverse range of time critical, cost driven, management systems, bespoke and/or complex projects. This was achieved by working for a variety of specialist management companies that included TSA Management, Aurecon (Connell Wagner), NPC Consultants, Symonds, Evans & Peck and NSW Local Government. I am currently seconded into BaptistCare to manage the delivery of 162 social and affordable housing units across three buildings and the contract administration of the BaptistCare SAHF contract (+$200m) with Dept. of Communities and Justice. This has required to have an in depth understanding of new legislative and NCC requirements including the Design & Building Practitioners legislation. Prior to this I consolidated TSA’s management systems, performed detailed WHS site reviews for numerous NSW Schools Infrastructure and other large scale projects and undertook internal project health checks. I have also worked on large complex, time critical NSW public infrastructure projects that include WestConnex ($8.6b), new suburban train fleet (+$1b), Transport Access Program (TAP +$772m, TAP 2 $890m), the Sydney Light Rail ($2.1b) and the Outer Suburban Cars Project ($880m).
