About Addison Evans

The framework for my life is the phrase:"Say what you mean, mean what you say." I am someone who enjoys being challenged because of the growth that comes from it. I value characteristics such as integrity, optimism, and trustworthiness. Genuine connections are important to me because I believe there's a lesson to learn from every person or circumstance. I find fulfillment by helping others develop into more capable people whether in their professional or private lives. My current role gives me the opportunity to provide a custodial support service to a variety of customers within the organization. I've overseen the completion of multiple projects, daily assignments, and have implemented training programs to elevate the performance of team members. I am currently pursuing an aPHR certification from HRCI as well as an Associate's Degree from Ensign College. My goal is to work for an organization that provides unique challenges and seeks to improve the community it belongs to.
