Development and M&E professional, I hold a Master’s Degree in Project Management with experience and knowledge in HIV/AIDS/TB, Malaria, Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health, OVC and Family Planning, programs quality & strategic information management, advocacy and management, and health facility assessment and audit, a good knowledge Designing M&E Plan for projects, setting up Relevant indicators to be tracked for measurement of project achievement; ability to manage Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning system, Designing tools for Research Survey, Routine Monitoring/Final Evaluation Report writing, Project management, Strategic planning, Budgeting and Data Analysis using different Analytic software. Well-organized and action-oriented problem solver. I am proficient in report writing, data visualization, data verification and validation, data entry, data analysis and interpretation using differs local and international software and tools for data management such as; District Health Information System (DHIS2), National OVC Management Information System (NOMIS), Measures Evaluation Routine DQA Tool and the USAID DQA Checklist. I have hands-on experience, having worked on the DevTech Sys. Inc for USAID DQA and the Catholic Relief Services(CRS) Sustainable Mechanisms for Improving Livelihoods and Household Empowerment (SMILE) intervention. Excellent interpersonal skills in a variety of working environments, including public service and research organizations. Fluent in English and Yoruba language. Open to travel and relocation.
