About Adel Alkhaja

A dynamic senior banking executive with a professional career spanning over 15 years in the banking and NBFI sector in the UAE. I possess extensive expertise in the field of SME, Commercial and Corporate banking. Throughout my career I have demonstrated excellent relationship skills, successfully managed large teams and been instrumental in the growth of organizations I Have worked for. I started my career as a relationship manager in HSBC. Then spent 10 years with Mashreq Bank working in different geographies where I quickly grew up the ranks to become the Head of Emerging Corporates Division. Working for the most aggressive and progressive bank in the UAE I became experienced in understanding credit risk, cash management, operations, treasury, lean principals, financial planning and team management. My last assignment was with Al Ain Finance in the position of Deputy General Manager. I helped the newly formed Factoring NBFI to quickly grow their asset book and be recognized as the underdog of the market. I was able to turn around the financial performance of the company in my short tenor with them. I have finally decided to leave the Banking world and established FinAsk to use my experience in assisting clients to achieve their business aspirations.
