I am currently the Administrative Assistant for the Arts Council of Ireland and am responsible for assisting with the day to day running and management of the Arts Council. I have been in this role for 2 years and 4 months, providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth running of the work by assisting with various Arts Council matters. Previously, I worked as an Admissions Administrator at Dublin Business School, where I was responsible for handling the student recruitment process and related matters. There, I gained 1 year and 7 months of extensive experience contributing to the school's enrollment efforts. During my experience with Radisson Hotel Group and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, I held the positions of Office Administrator and Head of Customer and Loyalty Support, gaining experience in management and customer relations in the service industry. These positions honed my teamwork and problem solving skills. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Dublin Institute of Technology, which I completed with honors. In addition, I hold course certificates in Social Media Marketing and Social Business from Coursera, constantly updating my skills to meet the changing needs of the industry. I am an enthusiastic, hard-working professional who thrives on new challenges. I have developed problem solving and organizational and coordination skills through work experience in different industries. Throughout my career, I have been committed to advancing in my profession while maintaining an attitude of learning and development.
