In my current role, I specialize in personal insurance advisory, leveraging my RIBO licence to deliver trusted, compliant, and tailored coverage solutions to clients across Ontario. My focus is on building strong client relationships, ensuring accuracy in policy placements, and simplifying insurance for customers. Previously at Leadway, I gained extensive exposure to facultative and global network partners reinsurance, collaborating with international reinsurers to structure risk solutions and negotiate placements. This experience honed my skills in risk analysis, underwriting support, and cross-border insurance coordination.
