I’m all about finding better ways to get things done! As a Project Manager at Rychiger Canada, I leverage my mechanical engineering background and project management skills to successfully execute 60+ projects. I am responsible for maintaining profitability by controlling project COGS and developing strategies to optimize costs. I also serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and project updates, ensuring alignment with client requirements while managing expectations effectively. I take pride in building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition to my project management role, I have experience in conceptually designing and developing custom packaging and automation solutions, as well as assembling, testing, and installing equipment and machinery. I have a strong foundation in sales, negotiation, logistics, materials, and supply chain management, which enables me to indirectly manage production operations and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to enhance my performance and contribute to the success of the organization.
