Within 12month period I contributed to and had oversight on delivering a 100%+ increase in headcount coinciding with sales, revenue and profit increase by 30% over the same period.* PE to PLC - Interactive Data acquired by Intercontinental Exchange ($5.2bn). Appointed to lead the integration, aligning to a new culture and purpose (definition, roadmap, timetable across people and alignment to structure) impacting across c2500 individuals.* Transformation & Change -(London Stock Exchange Group) LSEG Technology with operations in Sri Lanka, Italy and Russia required seamless integration as part of an overarching strategy to introduce Agile requiring a change in culture and maintaining DE & I targets. Had oversight to deliver successful divestment of the Russian entity and lead upon the integration of people aligned to a unified processes and systems, achieving zero outages.
