Adrian originally set up an independent dance label and music publishing company which focused on licensing Australian dance music to overseas markets. The label achieved much overseas success with various dance acts and DJ’s. Following this, Adrian joined Ralph Carr’s Standard Group, which encompasses RCM, RCM Sport, RCM Touring, Standard Records and Illicit Records. Adrian’s work has greatly expanded the Standard Group. Adrian works in all facets of the company, working as Manager, Business affairs Manager and Strategist. During this time Adrian also worked as the course coordinator for Bachelor of Business (Music Industry) at Victoria University.
