My journey began with a Bachelor’s in Creative Writing, fueling my love for storytelling and communication. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills through diverse roles in teaching, including elementary education, special education transition, and alternative high school settings. As a case coordinator, I navigated complex challenges to support students’ holistic development. My commitment to empowering youth led me to my current role as a Program Coordinator for youth violence prevention initiatives at the Park Board. Here, I orchestrate three impactful programs aimed at nurturing resilience, fostering healthy relationships, and cultivating leadership skills among young people. Leveraging my background in education and performance, I strive to create engaging, inclusive spaces where youth can thrive and realize their full potential.
