About Ahmed Arafa

Team leader with more than seven years of professional experience in managing people from different backgrounds and experiences. As a case management officer at Life Makers, Arafa supervises a team of four field coordinators and a well-trained team of 260 volunteers from 27 governorates. In this capacity, he provides technical support, training to the staff and volunteers to ensure an effective case management process to all Life Makers Foundations’ beneficiaries. Additionally, he works with his peers from the programs department to ensure a smooth implementation of the interventions and coordinate follow-up and monitoring visits. Prior his position, Arafa worked as a local coordinator Qiam w Hayah project is an investment by misr el-khier foundation where it Spreads and activates a set of basic human values in society and raising the moral awareness of the Egyptian community. He also has two years of experience in Economic empowerment and microbusiness for families under the poverty line. Arafa holds a bachelor’s degree in agriculture engineering from Menoufia University.
