My current role as Project Manager with the Care Quality Commission has provided me with the skills and experience to excel in this area of work. I am Prince2 certified and experienced in the Agile Project Management approach. Therefore, I am adaptable to project requirements and can utilise both methodologies. I am meticulous with organisational governance and ensure all project documentation is regularly updated to guarantee the work is completed on time, within budget, and with quality assured for the business. If a high-level risk is identified, I have strong problem-solving skills and work effectively both independently, and within a team to tackle any problems whilst also presenting the issue to the key project stakeholders and ensuring it is informative and tailored to the audience. I enjoy developing relationships with stakeholders to create an effective professional environment that delivers successful projects and enables collaboration for future projects. A collaborative environment makes identifying interdependencies and sharing knowledge easier to achieve the best possible outcomes. Communication is a crucial skill of mine, and I have experience speaking and presenting in front of senior leadership teams and stakeholders. I am an extremely motivated and driven individual who wants to push my boundaries and excel at every task that comes my way. I am very proactive and will happily take on additional responsibilities to progress within an organisation.
